If you want to block or junk internal e-mail, you can use rules. (For more information, see Creating a Rule.) For example, you can create a Delete rule that moves all items from a specific e-mail address or entire Internet domains to your Trash folder. Or you can use the following procedure to create a Move to Folder rule that moves items with a specified subject to your Junk Mail folder.
On the main WebAccess page, click the

from the drop-down menu of the field, then click .Type a name in the
field, such as Junk Mail Rule.Use Define Conditions to add specific information to your rule.
In the first condition field, select

.In the last condition field, type the name of the person or a specific Internet domain as it displays in the
field of a mail message. For example: msmith@corporate.com or @corporate.com.Select the Junk Mail folder as the destination folder.
